Terms of Use

Effective August 29, 2026. These terms govern your use of 14DayPIPRule, operated by Greyscale Holding LLC.

Not a law firm

14DayPIPRule is an information and optional attorney-connection service, not a law firm, lawyer-referral certification service, or medical provider. We do not give legal or medical advice, form an attorney-client relationship, guarantee results, determine deadlines for your particular situation, or endorse a specific firm. General deadline information may have exceptions; consult a licensed Florida attorney promptly.

Service and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Submitting the initial form asks 14DayPIPRule to respond to your inquiry; it does not authorize a law-firm referral. After submission, you may separately ask us to share your inquiry with up to one participating law firm. Any representation requires a separate agreement directly with that firm.

Communications consent

If you affirmatively check the contact-consent box and submit, you agree that 14DayPIPRule may contact you by phone, text, or email, including automated messages, about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You can revoke consent at any time, though communications already sent cannot be recalled.

Optional referral authorization

A law-firm referral requires a separate affirmative choice after your initial request is received. If you choose “Yes, share my inquiry,” you ask us to share the inquiry with up to one participating law firm for a free case review. No attorney-client relationship exists unless you and a firm enter into a separate agreement, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit another person's information without authorization, interfere with security, scrape the service, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Greyscale Holding LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, or decisions based on site information. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update the service or these terms by posting revisions. Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any term is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
