Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, optional phone number, optional email, ZIP code, language, crash date, and evaluator answers. We also record the exact consent or authorization language you accept and its time, IP address, browser user agent, referring host, landing page, and campaign parameters. We use cookieless, first-party session analytics to understand whether pages and forms work. Our systems and service providers may collect ordinary server and security logs.
How we use it
We use information to respond to your inquiry, document your choices, prevent fraud, maintain security, measure campaign and service performance, operate and improve our service, and comply with law. We do not provide legal advice.
Permission to contact you
When you check the contact-consent box and submit, you agree that 14DayPIPRule may contact you about your accident inquiry by phone, text, or email, including automated messages. This permission does not authorize us to share your inquiry with a law firm. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact us to revoke consent.
Optional law-firm referral
After your request is received, we separately ask whether you want us to share your inquiry with up to one participating law firm for a free case review. We share it only if you affirmatively choose “Yes, share my inquiry.” That optional authorization is recorded separately with the exact text and time. A match does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no firm is required to contact or represent you.
Other sharing
We share information with service providers that host, secure, analyze, or communicate for our service, subject to their role in providing those services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction.
Your mobile information and messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. Messaging vendors may process mobile information only to deliver communications on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry, consent, authorization, and operational records as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal exceptions, and may opt out of communications at any time. Reply STOP to texts or use the contact method below.
Children and changes
This service is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
